RULES AND REGULATIONS

• A Whatsapp Group will be created on 25th December by the program head. • The program is scheduled on 26th December 2020 and the topic will be provided on the whatsapp group at 10am on 25th dec 2020. • The participants should submit the drawings on or before 26 December2020 by 5pm sharp. • The drawing should be submitted to the program head before the deadline. • Further rules and instructions will be given by the program head through the whatsapp group. • The participants should submit the scanned pdf copy of their drawing before the deadline. • The submission after deadline will not be considered.
